LG p710 stuck in bootloop
I had purified stock on my LG p710. It worked well all the time. Yesterday an official update came in. After installing I can only boot into TWRP. I can no longer start emergency mode. I have tried reinstalling Purified stock but this did not resolve the issue. ADB is working. Any suggestions?

Archos 90 Cesium and touchscreen not working
I managed to install Remix 2.0 on my Archos 90 Cesium. However the touchscreen doesn't work. If I plug a Keyboard or Mouse in the full size USB port they work but it's cumbersome and really want the touchscreen to work.

With iGO if I received one call then (even if I rejected the call) the Moto freeze ; need to be restarted.

Supersu can't display permission and log

I have a problem I do not know if it has been asked before (I certainly have searched and have not found anything).
The fact is that since last week has appeared a tiny speck in the upper right corner of the screen and gradually has been extended, as you can see in the picture.

Get fingerprint scanner to work?
Hi,
I installed the MyaROM S7 port from HTC mania on my note 4 (N910F), love the rom only problem is the fingerprint scanner doesn't work it does say this in the Rom description, just wondering if there's a way I could enable it like is there a file I could flash that would get it working?
Also another feature that isn't there is the handwriting mode on the Samsung keyboard no option to automatically switch to it when I pull the S-pen out either. While it isn't a massive deal as I don't often use the S-pen to type it's nice to have if I do decide to use it so is there a way I could get that feature maybe install the note 5 keyboard somehow?

[MOD] MultiROM v33x [20/05/2016]
MultiROM is a one-of-a-kind multi-boot mod. It can boot any Android ROM as well as other systems like Ubuntu Touch, once they are ported to that device. Besides booting from device's internal memory, MultiROM can boot from USB drive connected to the device via OTG cable. The main part of MultiROM is a boot manager, which appears every time your device starts and lets you choose ROM to boot. You can see how it looks on the left image below and in gallery. ROMs are installed and managed via modified TWRP recovery. You can use standard ZIP files to install secondary Android ROMs and MultiROM even has its own installer system, which can be used to ship other Linux-based systems.
Features:
* Multiboot any number of Android ROMs
* Restore nandroid backup as secondary ROM
* Boot from USB drive attached via OTG cable
You can also watch a video which shows it in action.
WARNING
It is dangerous. This whole thing is basically one giant hack - none of these systems are made with multibooting in mind. It is no longer messing with data partition or boot sector, but it is possible that something goes wrong and you will have to flash factory images again. Make backups. Always.
IMPORTANT
- I'm not responsible for anything, you do all this on your own risk.
- Once you have flashed and set up MultiROM, don't flash another boot.img using fastboot or normally. Always go to TheMultiROM Menu (3 bars in the top right corner) to flash ROMs/kernels or other mods.
- If you want to uninstall MultiROM, just flash the MultiROM uninstaller.
- I am not certainly sure about the compatibility with stock Roms, I still need to test this yet.
- Your device must not be encrypted.
- When booting another ROM, you'll notice that in some cases, you can enter the recovery of the boot.img of the ROM. Please don't use it, flash everything using MultiROM TWRP.
INSTALLATION
- Make sure you are on a Rom compatible with one of these kernels and flash it or use the non-kexec workaround. (See important Notices)
- Reboot into MultiROM TWRP and flash the MultiROM installer
- That's it. You can now go to TheMultiROM Menu (3 bars in the top right corner) to start flashing other ROMs.
Adding ROMs
Go to recovery, select TheMultiROM Menu (3 bars in the top right corner) -> Add ROM. Select the ROM's zip file and confirm.
Using USB drive
During installation, recovery lets you select install location. Plug in the USB drive, wait a while and press "refresh" so that it shows partitions on the USB drive. You just select the location (extX, NTFS and FAT32 partitions are supported) and proceed with the installation.
If you wanna use other than default FAT32 partition, just format it in PC. If you don't know how/don't know where to find out how, you probably should not try installing MultiROM.
If you are installing to NTFS or FAT32 partition, recovery asks you to set image size for all the partitions - this cannot be easilly changed afterward, so choose carefully. FAT32 is limited to maximum of 4095MB per image - it is limitation of the filesystem, I can do nothing about that.
Installation to USB drives takes a bit longer, because the flash drive is (usually) slower and it needs to create the images, so installation of Ubuntu to 4Gb image on my pretty fast USB drive takes about 20 minutes.
Enumerating USB drive can take a while in MultiROM menu, so when you press the "USB" button in MultiROM, wait a while (max. 30-45s) until it searches the USB drive. It does it by itself, no need to press something, just wait.
Updating/changing ROMs
1. Primary ROM (Internal)
- Flash ROM's ZIP file as usual, do factory reset if needed (it won't erase secondary ROMs)
- Go to TheMultiROM Menu (3 bars in the top right corner) in recovery and do Inject curr. boot sector.
2. Secondary Android ROMs
If you want to change the ROM, delete it and add new one. To update ROM, follow these steps:
- Go to TheMultiROM Menu (3 bars in the top right corner) -> List ROMs and select the ROM you want to update.
- Select "Flash ZIP" and flash ROM's ZIP file.

Did i just waste 1000 dollar?
I live in sweden and payed about 1000 dollars for my nexus 6p. And now its ****ed. I installed the Andorid N beta from flashify like many says one should.
The phone now reboots its self ever 10 minutes. But only reboots to twrp screen. And only the logo no options to do here. To be able to use the phone again for about 10 minutes i have to power up throu factory. 10 minutes and its back again with the rebooting.
I have no root so cant install **** from the phone. I cant connect to the computer so cannot use ADB.
Am i totally ****led?

Stuck In Bootloop (In need of help)
Hope you guys can help a newbie out.I just got stuck in a bootloop after flashing twrp via fastboot. To begin with with I'm running 5.1.1. 10.7.A.0.222. Here's what i did. Installed kingroot to root the device.It went through successfully, next unlocked the bootloader.everything went through okay.Finally I went to install twrp using fastboot.Everything looked okay untill I disconnected the phone to restart it.Then boom!!! Bootlop with a purple light.If I hold the volume up button I can get into twrp. Hope with this info you can help me out.

Nexus 5 repair gone wrong?
So I bought a second hand Nexus 5 with a defective spekaer (the one for making calls) and microphone. I wanted to fix it so I bought replacement parts from Aliexpress (the earpiece speaker and the charging flex cable since that is what the microphone is connected to). When I had repleced them the screen wouldn't turn on anymore.. It stayed black no matter what I did. I noticed there was some backlight though.. I noticed some things:
1. It vibrated when I turned it on.
2. It gave a low battery notification sound when it was finished booting.
3. My computer plays the sound like it detects something when I connect it but nothing appears in explorer or device manager.
I tried putting the old flex cable in but that didn't work..
What could I try?

S4 Mini GT-I9195 battery drain because of *wakelock* com.android.email
Hello all,
I have a battery drain on my S4 Mini GT-I9195 running CM 12.1 related to the email sync. This is present if i use the default email app or Gmail app. 3-5 hours the phone is awake from a 12 h period resulting in killing the battery very quickly.
I have tried: reboots, reinstall the email and Gmail app, factory reset, firmware rewrote, greenify but the drain is always present
Cant attach screen from Wakelock detector only a export from GSAM

Stop apps from making new home screen?
Just curious if there is a way to stop that. It's annoying when I only want one screen, but new app installs make a new one. I'e looked around and can't find anything and I apologize if there is already something. I am rooted and have chroma install so and tweaks that involve root are accepted.

Flashtool stuck at modem.sin
Hi,
Before unlocking the bootloader on my Xperia Z5 Compact, I want to backup the drm-keys. This can only be done be rooting the device, without unlocking the bootloader. To do this I need any version prior to 32.0.A.6.200. So far so good.

Slow Wake Up Time - lloking for advise
hello all,
I'm hoping to get some advise as to what may cause this. I bought my phone recently and on the first day I updated to new software (update ending with 136). I'm not sure if this is the culprit of the issue or not.
What is happening is my phone takes about 10-15 seconds to wake up, regardless if I use the finger scanner or the physical power button. Everything else runs smoothly. This is only the case if I let my phone be idle ( just sitting on the desk doing nothing) for a minute or more, if I play around with it, and turn off the screen, I can use the power button or the finger scanner to immediately get it up again.
Its really annoying and takes away from this otherwise great phone.

[HELP!][FOUND NOTHING ONLINE] J1 Ace SM-J111F/DS Rooting And Recovery Installation
Hi There, I got a new J1 Ace LTE Duos yesterday for my brother and as my brother and i hate bloatware and TouchWiz eye candies
(i guess everyone tech-savvy else does :D) we decided to root it and install a custom recovery on it but unbelievably i couldn't find J111F-DS anywhere on internet (all i found was firmware files) :eek:
by searching J1 Ace LTE it was bringing up tutorials about J110, even tried flashing J110 recovery on J111F but as i knew, it didn't work.
As I'm located at Iran i think that device is made specially for Middle East and North Africa and as most of Middle East smartphone users are just users (or maybe bad at sharing tutorials online) there is nothing about rooting and installing custom recovery on internet.
i tried to root this device using this universal rooting guide but it failed.
Does anyone either know what can i do for rooting/installing custom recovery on this or know a way to port custom recovery for it with availability of flashing through ODIN ?

HELP - Can't relock bootloader

I'm trying to relock the bootloader so I can RUU, however keep getting the following error when running "fastboot oem lock"
After the above message, the phone goes from unlocked -> relocked. However I believe the phone is still actually unlocked because I'm getting Error: 155 when I try to run an RUU. I also can see the red text on the charging screen indicating the phone is unlocked.
I have also used this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2708571 to try unlock/relock, and also tried to relock and use HTC-DEV to lock but no matter what, I'm still getting Error 155.
Also, none of the user data is being wiped when I use fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

GT-N8000 stuck at boot screen
Hi. So I have a galaxy note GT-N8000. I tried to install clockwork recovery mod on it through odin. It installed and after that I downloaded ROM manager from Play.mob.org . I tried to test it and now it is stuck at the black screen where it displays Samsung GALAXY Note GT-N8000. I have no idea how to restore my device. Can anybody help me out? Also I accidently deleted google play services through Kingo Superuser. Please help me out, prefferably in the first problem. Alos, is there a way in which I can restore my device without deleting the data? I have a lot of games, mostly hacked.

Full bricked, unrepairable Honor 7
Hello,
Yesterday my Honor 7 (PLK-L01) got fully bricked. I was kinda dumb and wanted to install YodaRom. Now my phone kinda went into heaven. Unbricking with Honor Multi Tool doesnt work. I cant reach eRecovery. Just TWRP.
I flashed SYSTEM, CUST, CACHE etc. with fastboot flash method and when I reboot it it get stuck at the Honor powered by android screen like forever (7-8 hours)
Can someone help me with a guide where I can repiar my phone as fast as possible pls? :(

Marshmallow ALE-L21C432B560 Camera bug
I have found a bug in my P8 Lite with firmware C432B560.
In camera watermark (see the attachment), the date is not matching with the device date.
Today's date is May 20, 2016 but in the camera watermark it showing May 27, 2016.
That is only happens in the attached watermark format, others are showing correct date.

Finally!!! Windows 10 on lumia 530
Found this method on the internet a few days ago, since "vcReg and Extras&Info" method doesn't work any more. Tried and it works!!! :) I'm new on this forum, so i didn't know how to attach the necessary files at the bottom of the post, and I have inserted the photo with original links for download below the text.
1. Free up some space – The "100-year trick"
2. Developer Unlock your Lumia 530
3. Interop Unlock your Lumia 530
4. Change your Device Identifiers
Here's the real reason this works: We're going to pretend our humble Lumia 530 is actually a Lumia 535.
5. Force updates to download to the SD Card – the "1GB File trick"
Windows Update always prefers to download updates to the local phone storage. It's typically faster than the SD card, and a whole lot safer. But if there's insufficient space, it can download the update files to the SD card.
Installing process will be much slower, because installation files are downloaded on SDcard, which is generally slower than phone storage. With my Transcend 8GB SD it lasted for about 2 hours. If install progress hangs for >1 hour at the "Migrating your data" screen, it's safe to reboot and you've got 10586.xxx version now. :)
6. Hard reset your device
7. Upgrade your Lumia 530 to 10586.318
Once you've successfully got 10586.xxx installed on your Lumia 530, you can upgrade to 10586.318.
Delete all unnecessary data and apps from Phone storage
The old 1GB file trick again. Copy that 1GB file back to your phone storage.
In the Settings App, search for updates. They should again begin downloading to your SD card.
As before, delete the 1GB file after the updates begin downloading.

- The updates downloaded alone require around 900MB of space. After it's finished, Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.164 takes 2.46GB on my Lumia 530. We're gonna need more space.
- Hard reset your phone
- When it comes back up, disable time synchronisation, and set the date to 100 years in the future (e.g. 01/01/2155).
- Open the Settings App, and try to open all the various tabs. Many of them will tell you there's a problem, and allow you to uninstall it.
- Uninstall any other apps from the All apps screen.
- You should have around 1.4GB free space now.
2. Developer Unlock your Lumia 530
- Install the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK
- If you haven't already, you'll need to register as a developer.
- Search for Windows Phone Developer Registration Tool 8.1, and follow the steps to Developer unlock your Lumia 530 (your screen must be unlocked during this procedure!! - set lock screen settings on 5 minutes or so).
- Go to the app store, and install the Windows Insider and Preview for Developers app.
- Open up Storage Sense, and move Preview for Developers to the SD card.
- Make sure Windows Insider remains on your Phone storage; and the default App location is your Phone.
3. Interop Unlock your Lumia 530
- Grab and deploy CustomWPSystem_0500. xap and WPSystem_Folder_Unlocker_Release_ARM. xap to your phone (using the Windows Phone Application Deployment 8.1 program from the SDK -> C:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft SDKs\ Windows Phone\ v8.1\ Tools\ AppDeploy\ AppDeploy. exe)
- Copy CustomPFD_0003. xap to the SD Card
- Open up WPSystem_Folder_Unlocker on your phone, and tap "Unlock WPSystem Folder (sdcard)". It should say "Success!"
- Open up CustomWPSystem on your phone
- Tap the red bar "SD Card permissions", then browse to your SD Card and tap Apply (the tick)
- Scroll to the bottom, and tap "Select the XAP".
- Pick the CustomPFD_0003. xap file you copied to the SD card.
- Tap Apply Xap.
- Browse to Preview for Developers in the All Apps list. The icon should have changed.
4. Change your Device Identifiers
Here's the real reason this works: We're going to pretend our humble Lumia 530 is actually a Lumia 535.
- Open the Preview for Developers app
- Browse to HKLM/SYSTEM/Platform/DeviceTargetingInfo
- Change the following keys:
- PhoneManufacturer: MicrosoftMDG

- PhoneModelName: Lumia 535
- PhoneMobileOperatorName: 000-IT

- On your PC, open up a Command Prompt as Administrator(!)

- Join the Insiders Program if you haven't already, and select Slow Ring or Release Preview.
- Check for phone updates.
- Soon after the updates begin downloading (say 5% to be sure), you must delete the 1GB temp file. While this file forced Windows Update to download to the SD card, we still need all that space we cleared earlier for the updates to actually install!
- Allow your phone to reboot when prompted.

Anyone replaced their T-Mobile model with international unlocked?
Right now (just started looking into this) this seems like a no-brainer. Performance is much better and it's rooted!!!! I know you lose wifi calling in theory (although mine hasn't worked since I purchased it despite hours of troubleshooting and tweaking (sucks bc no coverage at home (rural)), but that can potentially be addressed by a custom rom? Thoughts?

has massively improved the shoddy WiFi on my p8000. I've tried a few different ROMs and fixes, but this is the only thing that works. The app has some annoying notifications, but if you're on Cyanogenmod you can turn all those off and the app just works in the background.
I've only used it for the past day or so, but I've found it gives a big improvement. Hopefully this helps!

Dual boot or Multisystem Tool
I am preparing to start flashing roms and experimenting with different ports. Which is the better tool to use, the Dual boot patcher or the Multisystem tool, and why? The dual boot patcher seems simpler but that's not always better. I have a 200 gb SD card so the space for Multisystem isn't an issue.

I have had Aragon 1.5 up and running since last week and most things are running quite nicely. I flashed the stock rom 20160419 (available here) to see if Android Pay would run., which it didn't. After i flashed, i notice i both my SIM card won't connect to network. It just displays as Emergency Calls Only. The SIM manager can see the cards but just wont' connect to network. I thought, that's odd. So I flash back to Aragon 1.5. No luck. The problem stuck. Everything else is working normally, just won't connect to mobile network. I tried my SIM cards on other phone and it happily connects and made calls. So I am lost.
Any advice is appreciated.

I just got the SWR50. (YAY) and so far I really like it. I have it paired with a z3 compact. Both devices run marshmallow.
All is fine and dandy, but one thing irks me. Whenever I read an email (gmail) or say an whatsapp message or an sms it does not become unread on the phone itself.
In case of the gmail I am presented with some options when I swipe the card to the left (delete, archive, answer, etc...). Mark the message as read however is none of them. Is there any way to enable this or am I missing something obvious? I tried swiping the card into the other direction. That removes the notification from the watch, but still leaves the message on the phone unread.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am sick of waiting for Google/samsung to get the sm-n915g marshmallow updates out in australia. Is there a firmware from another country that I can use?

What ROM will you suggest?
Hi guys,
my wife's phone died, so I found my brother's old nexus s. With official ROM it's kind of slow, so is there any custom ROM you will suggest to install? As long as is fast and stable, that's fine :D

Screen lock
Hi,
Under screen lock I marked swipe.
It stopped working.
When I press the lock button, the screen just appeared like the none option is marked although the swipe is marked.
I have tried the following:
Restart
Shut down
Change user to guest
Clear credentials
Change to password and change back
After changing to password go to smart lock and make sure there are not trusted places
After changing to swipe the smart lock option is grey like it is set to None.
Any ideas?

How to remove the Sim-Lock on "old" Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?
Hello!
My Question is simple:
How could i remove the Sim-Lock on the Galaxy S4 Mini (i9195) with the NEW Bootloader(with Knox) on it?
... for you to know: i tried a lot of things - flash many many different STOCK & Custom ROM's, many different modems and
try the App "RegionLock Away v1.3" from Chainfire on all flashed Rom's and Modems. The App says it works, but the Simlock
ist still there :(.
I also try to open the Service Mode with *#0011# > Back > Key Input "Q0", go to UMTS>Debug Screen>Phone Control>Network Lock,
to find the entry "PERSO SHA256 OFF", but this entry is not there, only PERSO SHA256 Info is shown. I tried this on all flashed Roms
and with different flashed Modems - not working.
The actual problem is: The "RegionLock Away v1.3" app or the method with the "Service Mode" just works on OLD Stock-Roms, like
Roms with the indication "MDL", "MDE" or "MK2" from the year 2013 (Roms which include "old" modem-files). BUT the fu..... new
bootloader does not allow me to flash an old Rome like the above & its impossible to "downgrade" the new bootloader :(
Now, im asking the professionals here, what could i do? - what are your ideas?
I read about the "NV-RAM" - a place where the IMEI & the Simlock is stored - how can i reach/edit this place? Some people
managed it, to erase this memory (& get a great problem!) other guys create a backup from it and restore a backup/image
from the nvram. Maybe i could replace my nvram-partition with an other partition without simlock?
Please help! & If i find a solution, i will explain it here!

B324 not getting OTA notification and other misc questions
Hi,
I'm having some issues here:
- Motion control menu is empty from settings
- I'm in UAE, I have'nt gotten any OTA notification, even if I check, says none available. I'm on B324 TL09
- How do I know what regional version rom im running on? tbh, I bought the phone form online vendors, and often they dont use official distributors to get better margins etc. I even had problems updating to lollipop, had to do manually.
Please advise what steps can I take, (step by step, would appreciate) to have Marshmallow?

need help using adb
hi All,
i am trying to copy hosts file from my pc to my stock locked nexus6p... using the following method:-

as such could you please let me know if there is a way to to push/pull the hosts file and also the mixer_paths.xml file without rooting or unlocking the bootloader... would like to try this thing out...
also had one more question.. if i unlock the bootloader and then boot using twrp and copy the hosts file and then flash the stock recovery.img and lock the bootloader is there a possibility of bricking my phone???

why my phone doesnt do force upgrade
hi i have an ascend P7-L10 but my friend was installed an P7-L01 on it and phone have a lot of issues ... now p7 emui is 3.0 but i want to install official p7-L10 wih emui 2.3 on it but i copied dload folder but when i try to restart on force install mode phone doesnt do it . i wanted to do it locally but my emui doesnt have local update just it has online update........ pllzzzzzzzzzzzzz helppp :(:(:(

Trying to flash Mayalsk update.img via GPS SD, not working / no recovery
I've bought an Android 6.2" HU with 4.4.4 and Quadcore 1.6ghz, 1gb ram, 16gb nand.
Google/Ebay search for Pure-Google-Android-6-2-Double-2 Din-Car-GPS-DVD-Player-Radio-Bluetooth-Camera
It's not branded. The vendor sent me a firmware for "AD-UN6202". MCU is TS901.151104. That's about what I know.
The firmware from the vendor is a bunch of files. The HU reads and flashes these just fine, when using GPS SD and reset. Files are:
root.tar, ramdisk.gz, recovery.gz, atc.upd, target.bin, rd_datazone.bin, 83XX_Preloader_realchip_sd.bin, data.img.ext4, arm2.bin, cache.img.ext4, data4write.img.ext4, databk.img.ext4, u-boot.bin, uImage, system.img.ext4.
I wish to put on Malaysk 4.4.4 rom, but it's not reading the update.img which i've stored on GPS SD. I've tried a bunch of different methods to get into recovery, to no availability.
So how to I proceed?
